As a biological man you can be a feminist. How?
• Be fair.
• Pay equally.
• Acknowledge and respect trans* women as women.
• Tell other men that sexism isn’t “just a joke.”
• Speak up when women are interrupted, ignored, or talked over.
• Believe women when they talk about their experiences.
• Reflect on your own privilege instead of becoming defensive.

Feminism is not about taking something away from men.
It’s about building a world where equality isn’t negotiable.

And yes — that work belongs to all of us. ✊✨

Some places are more than just bars – they become little homes for a community. Over the years, so many beautiful things happened for me at ROPP birthday celebrations, book readings, laughter, conversations, and countless memories.

A special thank you to Christian, who created a space where people can meet, celebrate, and simply be themselves. You supported me in so many ways and helped shape the person I am today.

And of course to everyone who has ever walked through those doors and made this place what it is. Community is built by people – and ROPP has plenty of heart.

Cheers to 7 years and many more to come. 🥂

Manche Orte sind mehr als nur Bars – sie werden zu einem kleinen Zuhause für eine Community. Über die Jahre sind für mich so viele schöne Dinge im ROPP passiert: Geburtstagsfeiern, Lesungen, Gespräche, viel Lachen und unzählige Erinnerungen.

Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Christian, der diesen Ort geschaffen hat, an dem Menschen zusammenkommen, feiern und einfach sie selbst sein können. Du hast mich auf meinem Weg oft unterstützt und mich auch zu der Person mitgeprägt, die ich heute bin.

Und natürlich danke an all die Menschen, die durch diese Türen gegangen sind und diesen Ort mit Leben gefüllt haben. Community entsteht durch Menschen – und im ROPP steckt viel Herz.

Estoy muy orgullosx de ver cómo el presidente de España defiende una postura clara a favor de la paz, el diálogo y los derechos humanos. En un mundo donde el ruido de la violencia a veces parece más fuerte que la razón, es importante que haya líderes que recuerden que la paz no es debilidad, sino responsabilidad.

Ojalá más países eligieran el mismo camino.

Today is #zerodiscriminationday. Zero means zero.

Today is Zero Discrimination Day.
And for me, zero is not just a number — it’s a decision.

Zero means I don’t judge you by your appearance.
Not by your clothes.
Not by your body.
Not by your gender expression.
Not by who you love.

Zero means: when someone says, “This hurt me,”
I don’t argue.
I don’t relativize.
I don’t say, “It wasn’t meant like that.”

If someone tells you they are affected by discrimination — visible or invisible, loud or subtle, structural or personal — that experience is valid. Full stop.

Zero means respect.
As long as there is no hate, you deserve dignity.
In every human form.
In every identity.
In every story.

Discrimination doesn’t always scream.
Sometimes it whispers.
Sometimes it’s a law.
Sometimes it’s a look.
Sometimes it’s silence.

Zero discrimination starts in small moments:
– how we speak
– how we listen
– how we react
– how we show up

We don’t need perfection.
We need awareness.
We need empathy.
We need courage.

Zero is not passive.
Zero is active.

And today, I choose zero. ❤️ because from zero you can become a hero

El Oso y el Madroño no es solo una estatua.
Es historia medieval, identidad madrileña y hasta un conflicto político del siglo XIII convertido en símbolo. 🐻🌳

¿Y el madroño? En inglés “strawberry tree”, en alemán “Erdbeerbaum”… pero no tiene nada que ver con fresas. Solo porque es rojo. Marketing medieval en su máxima expresión. 🍓😉

Y si quieres probar el sabor real de Madrid: licor de madroño en vaso comestible. Sí, te bebes la ciudad… y luego te la comes.

Madrid no solo se visita. Se entiende. Se vive. Se saborea.

Over the years I’ve met many people in the LGBTI

Over the years I’ve met many people in the LGBTI movement calling themselves
“activists”
“advocates”
“experts.”

And yes — many do important work.

But here’s what I’ve also seen:

Some voices only appear when there’s a fee.
Some only speak when contracted.
Some only show courage on paid stages.

Real activism is not seasonal.
It’s not Pride-month-only.
It’s not invoice-based.

And then yesterday — another example.

There was a charity event in Styria.
I decided not to go.

I’ve worked there before. In drag. For hours.
For three years I asked for reimbursement.
The answer was always:
“It’s a charity event.”

Okay.

But here’s the part they didn’t say:

Some international guests — especially those with bigger followings — were paid.

So let’s be honest.

If some get paid and others are told to donate their labor,
that’s not charity.

That’s hierarchy.

Add money craving to a “charity event”
and what you get
is a normal event
with hypocrites on top.

Activism deserves compensation.
But integrity must come first.

Courage isn’t something you switch on
when there’s a microphone.

Today is the international day against LGBTI related violence and discrimination in sport. The pictures were taken during the @eurogameslyon2025
I have to say: I was so afraid doing sports with other people because when I grew up I saw the LGBTQI violence slurs in sports.
And the discussion against inter and trans people in sport is just a fuc*ing hypocritical bs.
But ever since I got to do sports with @eurogames2024 / @eglsf I am so happy to not be judged nor do I have to listen to gender stereotypes or gender related lies about people in sports.
Looking forward to the most amazing @valenciagaygames2026 - this years I will be doing some events with them. So excited 🩷🌈
